Very understanding and helpful regardless of all the questions I had to ask. She sent a rep immediately to investigate and work out the best solution. George and Troy arrived and handle themselves in such a professional manner. They ended up finding the carpet beetle nest in the roof, which the other previous pest company could not find. Their pricing was fantastic- much cheaper than what I have paid for in the past and they finally found the pests and their nests!!!
